What we collect

Your email address and sign-in details; the documents you upload, the text read from them, and the analysis produced; a SHA-256 fingerprint and upload time for each file; and your plan, credits and payment records (we never see or store full card numbers or wallet keys).

How we use it

Only to provide the service: analyzing your documents, showing your results, and keeping track of your plan. We do not sell your data, show it to other users, use it for advertising, or use your documents to train AI models.

Who processes it

Our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud); an AI model provider reached through the Lovable AI Gateway, which receives document text only to produce your analysis and is configured not to store it; Stripe for card payments; NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments; and Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.

Security

Documents are stored in a private bucket and every record is locked to your account. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Only you can read your documents.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account, every document, every analysis and your credits at any time from the Plan page. A minimal record of completed payments is kept where tax and accounting law requires it.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Your documents and results can be viewed and downloaded from your cases at any time. For any other request, email us from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

Not legal advice

ContractGuard performs document analysis only. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
